On July 28, Zhou Hongyi, founder of 360 Group, officially launched the new generation enterprise intelligent work platform “NanoWork” in Beijing. This product is aimed at business owners, entrepreneurs, solo companies, and employees, and is positioned as an intelligent work platform “born for enterprise AI transformation.”

At the press conference, Zhou Hongyi announced that each of the first users would be provided with a trial quota of 100 million Tokens, and through professional training and guided support services, 360 would help the first 1,000 small enterprises to implement AI and improve their operational efficiency.

Zhou Hongyi revealed that, prior to the official release of NanoWork, 360 first used itself as a “test field”— deploying various intelligent agents such as OpenClaw across more than 1,000 real business scenarios in the company, collecting over 56,000 user feedback entries, and iterating and optimizing 166 versions within five months.

Previously, at the ISC Conference in June 2026, NanoWork had already made an appearance. At that time, Zhou Hongyi stated that 360 had deeply optimized the product, with the goal of upgrading it from a “geek tool” to an “AI expert platform that can be integrated into real workflows.”

At this official launch, Zhou Hongyi stated that NanoWork is “not simply a wrapper for a single intelligent agent,” but aims to hide complex technical capabilities and transform them into productivity tools directly available to users, while integrating native security features.

According to the press conference, NanoWork has constructed five major capability systems: multi-agent engine, multi-model foundation, cloud office, multiple work modes, and multi-expert collaboration. Users do not need to study models or agent frameworks; they need only state their goals, and the platform can organize various AI experts to collaborate according to the task requirements, matching with suitable models and execution methods.

In terms of application scenarios, business owners can use NanoWork to assist in business analysis, growth, and progress management; entrepreneurs and solo companies can use it for opportunity discovery, product validation, and marketing customer acquisition; employees can improve efficiency in research, proposal planning, and project delivery.

Security is an important topic of this release. At the conference, Zhou Hongyi stated: “A large model making mistakes is saying the wrong thing; an agent making mistakes is doing the wrong thing.”

In response to the new security challenges brought by agents executing tasks, 360 has made “native security and built-in by default” a design principle of NanoWork. Mechanisms such as cloud isolation, permission control, and data protection are adopted to reduce the risks that enterprises face when using AI.

The release of NanoWork comes at a time when the office intelligent agent market is expanding rapidly.

According to an Analysys report, in June 2026, the combined visits to 17 mainstream domestic desktop AI-native office agent platforms surpassed 60 million, with Tencent WorkBuddy topping the list at 20.97 million visits. Data from iiMedia Research shows that by 2025, the size of China’s AI agent market will reach 80.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 123.2%.

At the same time, the competitive landscape is changing. Since 2026, leading internet companies such as Tencent, Alibaba, and ByteDance have all been integrating their AI office products. In such fierce competition, customers no longer only look at model size but care more about whether the product can solve real problems.

Zhou Hongyi believes that AI is entering a “dual evolution of models and agents” phase: “The model determines how smart the AI is; the agent determines whether AI can actually get things done.” The competitiveness of enterprises depends not only on the capability of the models, but also on whether one can integrate models, knowledge, tools, and business processes to form stable task-delivery capabilities.

Whether NanoWork can gain a foothold in the highly competitive market still remains to be tested over time. The leap from conversation-enabled agents to delivery-capable agents challenges not only technical skills but also the understanding and adaptability to real business scenarios.
