On September 23, SAIC Group President Jia Jianxu officially announced the launch of the Shangjie H5 at the HarmonyOS Intelligent Mobility press conference. Jia Jianxu stated that the car features the comfort of the GL8, the quality of the Santana, and the intelligence of Huawei. Since small pre-orders opened on August 25, pre-orders for the Shangjie H5 have exceeded 160,000 units, with more than 75% being the top configuration version. The price ranges from 159,800 to 199,800 yuan.

At today’s HarmonyOS Intelligent Mobility autumn product launch, Huawei Executive Director and Consumer Business Group CEO Richard Yu delivered a speech. He announced the release of a new M9 car color, Silver Realm Purple, as well as over 50 upgraded features for Huawei Qiankun Intelligent Driving ADS 4, including remote voice viewing and intercom for parking, and watch gesture door control. A new four-seat premium configuration has also been added, including two versions: Extended-Range Ultra and Pure Electric Ultra, starting from 559,800 yuan.

It is understood that the first batch of Enjoy 9T vehicles began delivery on September 21.

The new Wenjie M7 has been updated in exterior design, cabin space, driving performance, and safety capabilities. The extended-range version starts at 279,800 yuan, while the pure electric version starts at 319,800 yuan.
The new vehicle features a 16.1-inch 3K floating screen, a 68-inch AR-HUD, the Tuling platform integrated Huawei ADS all-dimensional fusion sensing, HUAWEI DATS dynamic adaptive torque control, and the HUAWEI XMotion Control digital chassis engine. In addition, the car is equipped with Huawei’s “Whale” battery platform.

In terms of active safety, the new Wenjie M7 is equipped with an all-dimensional collision avoidance system 4.0, providing all-directional, all-target, all-weather, all-speed, and all-scenario active safety capabilities. It is also equipped with a triple redundant safety unlocking design: single pull inner mechanical handle unlocking, emergency opening via exterior mechanical door handle, and a redundant door design that can still be opened after power failure in a collision.
