Jinma Amusement teams up with Yuehua, jointly betting on the embodied IP boom.

Amidst the sweeping trend of AI robots, Jinma Amusement, a leading domestic provider of cultural and tourism equipment, is preparing for a strategic transformation.

Recently, Jinma Amusement, together with Yuehua Entertainment, Weifeng Electronics, Beifeng Technology, and Maoxiaobole, jointly held the "Lechuang Future Strategic Upgrade and Ecosystem Partner Conference."

All parties plan to build a market-oriented operating platform and joint venture company with “equal shares and equal rights,” integrating their respective strengths in cultural and tourism technology, entertainment IP, smart products, and channel resources to jointly advance R&D and application of cultural tourism intelligent robots and the promotion of trendy IP derivative products.

Jinma Amusement has previously provided amusement facilities for well-known domestic and international theme parks such as Universal Studios, OCT, and Fantawild.

Based on years of deep cultivation in cultural tourism scenarios, the company believes that the core technologies it already possesses can be well migrated and adapted to the R&D and production of embodied intelligent robots. At the same time, the target customer groups and application scenarios highly overlap with existing businesses, providing important synergy for this transformation.

With two major R&D and production bases gradually starting operation, more than a thousand embodied intelligent robots from Jinma Amusement have begun batch delivery, covering diverse scenarios such as theme parks, business districts, cinemas, and more.

On this basis, the addition of Yuehua Entertainment will inject emotional value and repeat purchase motivation into the products through IP-based empowerment, addressing consumers’ “why buy” question.

Yuehua Entertainment is well-known for celebrity management services featuring stars like Wang Yibo, and in recent years has continually increased efforts in IP operation and commercialization exploration.

In 2025, Yuehua, through a joint venture with Qimengdao, launched the trendy IP “WAKUKU,” which received positive market feedback and preliminarily verified its capabilities in IP incubation and operation.

Recently, the “YHT Smart Adoption Store,” jointly created by Jinma Amusement and Yuehua, has opened in Beijing Chaoyang Heshenghui.

The store occupies about 7 square meters, is fully served by humanoid robots, mainly sells trendy IP products such as “WAKUKU,” and supports functions such as product recommendation, information inquiry, and purchase guidance.

Yuehua Entertainment CEO Du Hua revealed on site that the first batch of 50 stores is planned to roll out starting from January this year.

The integration of embodied IP and cultural tourism scenarios has already shown promise for real-world application.

Recently, Walt Disney Imagineering unveiled a robot modeled after Olaf from “Frozen,” featuring autonomous walking, interactive dialogue, and emotional expression functions, able to recognize visitors’ ages and generate different dialogue styles. This robot is expected to debut at the Hong Kong and Paris Disney parks in early 2026.

This may serve as a scenario reference for the next phase of Jinma Amusement’s product development.

Currently, Jinma Amusement has planned ten series of products including sales series and guiding series according to market demand.

Chairman Deng Zhiyi further revealed to Xin Feng that service robots, performance robots, and parade robots integrated with IP to create immersive experience venues have all been included in the company’s key exploration directions.
