Lianxun Instruments, the "king" of A-share STAR Market stocks, delivered a semi-annual report showing explosive growth in performance, with both revenue and profit expanding several times and operating quality improving significantly.

The company's announcement shows that in the first half of 2026, its operating revenue reached 1.531 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 208.71%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 567 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 903.00%. Net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 562 million yuan, with an even higher increase of 944.35%. The company's net cash flow from operating activities reached 548 million yuan, compared to a negative value in the same period last year.

The company also announced that it plans to distribute 4.8 bonus shares for every 10 shares held by all shareholders using capital reserves, without distributing cash dividends or issuing bonus shares. Bonus share distribution plans are generally interpreted by the market as a signal of the company's confidence in its future development and also help improve stock liquidity.

Both revenue and profit achieved triple-digit growth.

According to the semi-annual report of Lianxun Instruments, the company's operating revenue in the first half of 2026 was RMB 1.531 billion, an increase of approximately RMB 1.035 billion compared to RMB 496 million in the same period of the previous year; net profit was RMB 567 million, an increase of over RMB 510 million compared to RMB 56.55 million in the same period of the previous year, representing a growth rate of 903% . The growth rate of net profit far exceeded the growth rate of revenue, demonstrating a significant scale effect.

In terms of total profit, the company achieved 614 million yuan in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 961.32%. Basic earnings per share were 6.63 yuan, an increase of 808.22% compared with 0.73 yuan in the same period last year. The weighted average return on net assets reached 31.10%, an increase of 23.10 percentage points compared with the same period last year, indicating a significant leap in profitability.

In terms of asset size, as of the end of the reporting period, the company's total assets reached RMB 5.532 billion, an increase of 207.57% compared with RMB 1.8 billion at the end of the previous year; net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company were RMB 3.388 billion, an increase of 277.56% compared with RMB 897 million at the end of the previous year, and the asset size tripled within half a year.

The report states that the revenue growth of Lianxun Instruments was mainly due to the development of artificial intelligence technology, the increase in global computing power demand, and the accelerated construction of data centers. The demand for high-speed optical communication products continued to grow rapidly, and optical module and optical chip manufacturers had a strong desire to expand production, which drove the rapid growth in market demand for the company's communication test instrument products and optoelectronic device test equipment products, thus promoting the growth of the company's sales scale and revenue.

Founded in 2017, Lianxun Instruments' core advantage in the optical communication testing field lies in its simultaneous coverage of the three core testing stages of the industry chain: modules, chips, and wafers—a capability rarely seen in China. In the secondary market, since its listing on April 24th, Lianxun Instruments' stock price has steadily risen, accumulating an increase of over 199%. As of the closing bell on August 26th, Lianxun Instruments closed at 2259 yuan per share, ranking first among A-shares, with a total market capitalization of 231.9 billion yuan.

The proposed share capital increase plan will be based on the total share capital registered on the equity distribution record date, with a share capital increase of 4.8 shares for every 10 shares held. No cash dividends or bonus shares will be distributed. After the share capital increase, the company's total share capital will increase accordingly, and the share price will be adjusted accordingly.
